Circle C Home Repair Maintenance Proposal
Introduction
Circle C Home Repair has been providing home repair and maintenance services in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe area since June of 2021. We take pride in restoring and maintaining residential properties in addition to facilitating home sales/purchases in the highly competitive real estate market. With an emphasis on clear communication, we value each client relationship and strive to provide best in class solutions to a wide variety of homeowner needs. In a nutshell, we treat each property as if it were our own.

Scope Of Work
We’ll discuss regularly scheduled “Home Wellness” visits in addition to providing/managing specific repairs as needed. Regular visits can vary in scope, but can include:
Pricing And Payment Terms
Monthly Site Inspections*
One inspection per month: $75 each
Two inspections per month: $60 each
*Additional repairs billed as needed
In-house Repairs
Hourly rates vary between $75/hr and $125/hr plus materials depending of the type of work provided. Services provided include: General Cleaning, Simple Household Repairs (Replace Bulbs, Weatherstripping, Smoke Detector Battery Replacement, etc.), Electrical Repair/Replacement of Fixtures, Plumbing Repairs/Replacement of Fixtures, Flooring, Cabinet Repairs, Interior/Exterior Painting, Tilework, Carpentry, Decking Replacement/Repairs, Exterior/Roofing Repairs and Maintenance.
Third Party Vendors
We will suggest preferred vendors or work with those requested by the client. Services include acting as Point of Contact for soliciting competitive bids, onsite management during projects and post repair inspections.
We also will facilitate financial requirements between vendor and the homeowner. However, we are not licensed as a General Contractor, so all third party financial arrangements will be referred to the homeowner once agreed upon by all parties.
